Software Services
Work: We will complete your work at the time given by us. A maximum of 5 days can be delayed for a technical reason.
Service Charge: The amount given by you will be refunded only if we are not able to do your work on the scheduled time. The domain and hosting amount will never be refunded. We take 50% of our work amount at the beginning of the work and 50% on completion of the work.
Legal Services
Work: We do not delay your work within the stipulated time. We do not have any responsibility if there is delay in the work on behalf of the government. Updates of your work are given to you from time to time by mail.
Service Charge: The amount given by you will not be refunded. You have to give the specified amount together at the beginning of the work.
